		<description>.. and I think it&#039;s a legacy passed on to Malaysia too... the PM can dissolve the cabinet and call for elections at this discretion, I think... there&#039;s a minimum lag time of... maybe 2 weeks?  I don&#039;t know, I&#039;ve not bothered with the political scene back home.  I so much prefer the American system!  It&#039;s so... systematic!  :)</description>
