		<description>Given how narrow the roads are and how common it is that street-side parking turns roads into &quot;one horse bridges&quot; it seems to me it would be useful for some stricter parking restrictions to come into play.  Some roads are just not wide enough to also be parking lots.  This country was just not ready for the fast growth in car ownership over the last few decades, and it&#039;s time to start thinking about some way to handle this.</description>
